BUILDERX LTD is a Wolverhampton-based construction company covering both commercial and domestic building work. We're registered for the construction of commercial buildings and the construction of domestic buildings, and we keep our operation focused on those two areas rather than spreading thin.

Every job is scoped, quoted, and managed directly — properly, and in writing.

Extensions

House and commercial extensions, from single-storey additions to larger structural builds. We handle the structural work alongside the wider build, so the extension ties properly into the existing property. Scope and quote are agreed before any work begins.

New builds

New domestic and commercial buildings constructed from groundwork through to completion. Each project is managed on site by the founder, keeping the build on schedule and on spec. Suited to both residential plots and commercial units.

Renovations

Structural alterations and refurbishment work for existing residential and commercial properties. This covers internal reconfiguration, structural repairs, and bringing older buildings up to a usable standard. Work is sequenced to minimise disruption to the property.

Groundworks

Foundations, drainage, and site preparation carried out ahead of the main build. Proper groundwork is the basis for everything built on top of it, so this stage is planned and checked carefully. Available as a standalone service or as part of a larger project.

Roofing

Roof construction and repair work as part of new builds, extensions, or standalone projects. This includes structural roofing for new sections as well as repair work on existing roofs. Materials and approach are agreed with the client before work starts.

Brickwork

Brick and blockwork for structural walls, boundary walls, and finished external surfaces. This applies to new builds, extensions, and repair work on existing brickwork. Finish and bond pattern are confirmed with the client ahead of laying.
